Device Events

These are device events that are logged in the devices timeline when the events are triggered.

Online

This event is triggered when the device is connected to the cloud.

Offline

This event is triggered when the device is disconnected from the cloud.

Waring: pH Low

Event Type: Warning

This event is triggered when the pH is lower than the Low Alarm setpoint three times in a row. This event will send an app notification, email notification, and SMS (if phone # is added) to the user once per hour if true.

Warning: pH High

Event Type: Warning

This event is triggered when the pH is higher than the High Alarm setpoint three times in a row. This event will send an app notification, email notification, and SMS (if phone # is added) to the user once per hour if true.

Critical Warning: pH Low

Event Type: Critical

This event is triggered when the pH is lower than the Low Alarm setpoint - 1. This event will send an app notification, email notification, and SMS (if phone # is added) to the user once every 30 minutes if true.

Critical Warning: pH High

Event Type: Critical

This event is triggered when the pH is higher than the High Alarm setpoint + 1. This event will send an app notification, email notification, and SMS (if phone # is added) to the user once every 30 minutes if true.

Warning: Wi-Fi Signal Low

Event Type: Warning

This event is triggered when the Wi-Fi signal strength is measured to be low five times in a row. This event will send an app notification, email notification, and SMS (if phone # is added) to the user once per hour if true.

Sensor Asleep

Event Type: Info

This event is logged only in the timeline when the pH sensing device is put to sleep.

Sensor Awaken

Event Type: Info

This event is logged only in the timeline when the pH sensing device is woken up.
